B.A. in Exercise Science and Psychology
Insured for in-home or club contract personal training
18 years experience in the Health Club and Corporate Fitness environments as Athletic Director, Personal Trainer, Aerobics Coordinator and Group Exercise Instructor.
1 year high end home fitness equipment sales experience
CPR certified
Personal achievements include 16 years of competetive cycling, 10 years of competing in triathlon/duathlon, best marathon time of 4 hours 7 minutes, and owner of Island Cycle Tours, a bike touring company in Antigua.
